Orthodontic treatment is an important investment in the overall dental and

to making orthodontics available to all those interested and in need of treatment. We offer several payment options to fit your budget and we are happy to discuss them with you. In addition to our (finance charge free) payment plan, we offer a bookkeeping courtesy for payment in full at the beginning of treatment. Major credit cards are accepted, and we also offer automatic monthly charge card debits. Third party financing is also available through Capital One Healthcare Financing.

Orthodontic Insurance Information

Our office accepts assignment of payment from most insurance companies and will file your insurance claims for you. Before treatment begins we will verify your benefits with your insurance company, and file pre-treatment estimates whenever needed. We realize that understanding orthodontic insurance can be difficult and encourage you to learn as much as possible about your policy regarding maximum benefits and payment schedules.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Some employers offer flexible spending accounts to their employees. Flex plans are designed to allow families to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for out of pocket medical and dental expenses. These programs are federally regulated and there are general guidelines that must be followed. Please check with your administrator regarding eligibility, enrollment and reimbursement. We are happy to provide you with documentation to submit for reimbursement, such as receipts for payment, financial agreements and verification of treatment.

Appointments scheduled for pre-treatment observation are excellent opportunities to plan ahead for your enrollment period. Please make sure that you make any appointments well in advance of the enrollment deadline and we will do our best to determine anticipated future orthodontic expenses for you.
